Maddie’s Backyard is my personal playground and my Mom says she named it after me. Apparently, after she adopted me back in 2006, my Mom decided only the “best” would do for me. She was disappointed with the selections and offerings at the local pet stores, so she decided it was time to take matters into her own hands.

Fast forward to 2008 and Maddie’s Backyard was born. Maddie's Backyard is a unique online pet boutique catering to dog enthusiasts everywhere, offering fine dog apparel, accessories, toys, holistic/all-natural food & treats, eco-friendly products and more! Whether you’re a big dog, a teacup or somewhere in between like me, my backyard is full of awesome pet items to bark about. Mom even has a kitty korner for our feline friends too!

On December 1, 2011, I also opened a local pet shoppe in my hometown of Ocala, Florida - offering the same great goodies from my Web site!
